Insurgent Teaser Trailer

Of course, I heard that the teaser trailer for Insurgent dropped on Tuesday and while I was somewhat excited I wasn't chomping at the bit to watch it right away. Why? Because Insurgent was my least favorite book in the series. So if you haven't seen it, watch below:

In my opinion, we don't really get any kind of look at the movie.  I'm pretty sure this is just a fear landscape. While it looks pretty awesome, we're not getting a glimpse at the plot or any of the other characters that are still alive. Hello? Where's Four? Or even Christina or Caleb? To me, this trailer is a little disappointing.

Upcoming Trailers!

I'm so excited for these upcoming movies! So many books are being adapted into movies and it seems like they're going to be pretty good! So here are the trailers if you haven't already seen them:

If I Stay:

This book and this trailer absolutely murdered my heart. The first viewing of this trailer made me chock up a little bit and that song is just so moving and very fitting! If I Stay is definitely in need of a re-read.

Gone Girl:

Now I haven't read Gone Girl but after watching this trailer I just might pick up the book before it hits theaters. I've heard Gillian Flynn's books are super dark and always surprising which is right up my alley.

The Fault in Our Stars Trailer!

I'm pretty excited for this movie and I have now read the book twice! I didn't like the casting when I first saw the movie poster because Ansel Elgort seems to have a baby face in this picture and it's not how I pictured Augustus Waters. But now that I've seen the teaser I think he was a good choice.

It really seems like they're staying true to the book and I even like how they're using the same font and colors as the book cover.  It looks like they're doing a really great job!
This video interview of John Green talking to Nat Wolff who plays Isaac is really cute and a chance to glimpse the personality of the guy who plays one of my favorite characters in The Fault in Our Stars!

Catching Fire and VA Trailer!

So I went to the midnight showing of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire on Thursday night and it was absolutely fantastic! I enjoyed it much better than the first one. Not only was I on the edge of my seat the whole time but I also cried on about three separate occasions.  I just had all the feelings during the movie! Standout side character? Johanna Mason. I don't remember her being such a spitfire in the books! I just loved the movie so much and I can't wait to see it again!

Also, in other fantastic news! There was a brand new full length trailer of Vampire Academy and I got to see it on the big screen! I love this new movie poster! The lime green with the large neon pick words is perfect! I love the whole sarcastic, Mean Girls feel they've added to the movie. I think it's going to rock! So for your viewing pleasure:

Teasers!!!!

Two of my  most anticipated movies have dropped their teaser trailers and they look so awesome!!! I'm not gonna lie, I've already watched both about 17 times! Now I'm just chomping at the bit for the studios to release the full trailers! Enjoy!!

Vampire Academy: Blood Sisters

Divergent!!
